All the staff was lovely, solved my issues. The breakfast served was delicious and adequate with eggs cooked to order and a good omelet station, as example👍😃

I had a lovely stay at this hotel on my second visit, thanks to its great location close to shops, cafes, car hire, banks.

Honestly nothing too much trouble. Fantastic and wonderful venue, excellant location adjacent to ocean front, central Nuku'alofa, and ferries to outer islands. A safe box, an iron, and an electronic key card available in the double room. Hospitality from the whole stuff. Yummy food in the restaurant for breakfast.

We had an amazing stay here! The staff were so friendly and accommodating, always going above and beyond to make us happy. The service, room service and breakfast were all excellent. The location was perfect, with easy access to the town centre and ferry terminal. The amenities provided in the room, like the air conditioning and tea and coffee facilities, were top-notch. We also enjoyed the beautiful garden area and the poolside snack bar. The staff here are friendly and happy, which is a testament to the excellent management.

Great pick-up service from the airport, effortless check-in. The hotel offers a fantastic tour desk that helped us plan our days in the city. The pool was decent, too. The most significant advantage of the hotel was its location close to both the town and the ferry dock, making it easy to explore without having to travel far.

The room wasn't adequately soundproofed, and the noises from the street disturbed our sleep. the breakfast could have been better.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, and delicious breakfast options with an egg station and a range of foods to choose from. the pool and bar area offered a relaxing atmosphere, and the free WiFi was a bonus. the beds were very comfortable and provided a good night's sleep.

Housekeeping could have been better, as they did not restock toiletries or thoroughly clean the room or bathroom, leaving us to clean ourselves. some of the tiling in the room was chipped and not at a professional standard, which was disappointing.

The breakfast, friendly staff, convenient location, clean and comfortable rooms, great food, swimming pool and gym on premises.

Convenient location with easy access to attractions in the city. the hotel is close to a convention center, with several restaurants around. the beach is just a stone's throw away, with amazing views from some of the rooms. the rooms are spacious and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. the breakfast buffet offers a variety of delicious options, and the staff is attentive and friendly. the pool area is a great place to relax with family and friends.
